These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TypeTones, operated by App Swim LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using TypeTones, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

TypeTones is a desktop application that transforms keyboard input into musical sounds. You may use TypeTones for personal or commercial creative purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

• TypeTones is available as a paid subscription at $19.99 per year.
• Subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@typetones.com for refund requests.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TypeTones for the duration of your active subscription. You may install and use TypeTones on your personal devices.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application.
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or trial restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

TypeTones, including its code, design, audio samples, and musical sequences, is the property of App Swim LLC. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Any music or audio you create using TypeTones is yours. We claim no ownership over your creative output.

6. Privacy

Your use of TypeTones is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TypeTones is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Swim LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TypeTones, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TypeTones after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TypeTones at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the application ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which App Swim LLC is incorporated.
